Founded by Bernard Berrilley, La Trinquelinette has been delighting lovers of quality jams since 1982. Céline Dubreuil has been established in the Morvan for more than 15 years and she took over the company in 2018 with Bernard's experience and know-how. Céline also develops new recipes. It is at the gates of the Morvan natural park, in the heart of the rolling hills that La Trinquelinette has set up its workshop.
La Trinquelinette jams have forged their reputation from their recipe: “more fruit and less sugar”. Concretely, the jams are obtained from 55% fruit for 45% unrefined cane sugar, all brought to the boil in copper basins as tradition demands. Céline works with the best fruits harvested.
Bernard has a secret to concoct his handcrafted strawberry jam. He mixes three strawberry varieties to create the perfect blend.
